You will need
- 1x small box mungbean sprouts
- 4x purple top turnips, peeled,ends trimmed and shredded
- 50ml Wild lavender honey
- A large handful coriander leaves, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp MezzeSoul pomegranate garlic lemon zest sauce
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & Pepper
